Well well well, it has been fookin ages since i was here. its a sad thing i know, at one point i used to spend hours on here talking to you people about god knows what, and i miss that i truly do. But my life has gotten ever so busy. Finnished my college course, i passed, nothing fancy like a merrit or anything just a pass. Its ok though cus it gets me into Uni.
But the past year at college has been a long road for me. I have been forced to operate differently, do things that i would not normaly do and so on and so forth....It took me the best part of half the year to finally understand what they were trying to teach me, well i say teach, they werent really teaching me they were allowing me to understand that art isnt just for arts sake. I decided to specialise in Graphics because i knew it would force me to Stray away from my old traditional roots. I had this tutor Neil Vodrey who really helped me in so many ways. its hard to explain how and its hard to explain him, i recomend his course to everyone, Stafford college Foundation Course ( cheep plug ftw ) Another Great tutor Was Timothy Donaldson. [link] This man is like no ther i have ever met. He is a typography legend and has the most excentric sense of humour. i would like to thank him for really opening my mind. I have fond memories of a lengthy conversation about the significance of a biro,.....ahh sweet nostalgia

University: Im going to study Graphic design at the cumbria Institute of the arts. Now i know straight away any British Graphic designers will jump down my throat saying why there, nothing good has come from there....well these paople are wrong. Infact a lot of succesfull desginers have emerged from there. A recent graduate acquired a Job with Mtv who only emply 2 designers. others have gone to work in studios in manhatten, others in london. And several have won the Young Blood Graphic design competion Held in London. Any who i dont have to justify anything to YOU people Lol
At the minute I am just taking a bit of time to relax before i get swamped at Uni . Been workin a lot though, still got the crappy job at Home Bargains, but i leave in like a month so cant wait to get out of there. Still with my girlfriend, been 6 months and going strong.

umm think thats it for now, probably be back on in another year make a journal entry and then dissapear back into the night
